A partnership built on complementary strengths

Triad Mining and Logistics, TauSadi Mining and Engineering and Rondebult propose a joint delivery model for mining clients who need coordinated operating capability and equipment support.

The partnership brings together three distinct contributions: mining and logistics experience, operational execution, and machinery and technical support. The intention is to connect these capabilities through a clear scope, an agreed management structure and a common understanding of the client's operating requirements.

Why work together?

A hauling assignment depends on more than trucks. It depends on loading arrangements, safe access, dispatch, destination readiness and equipment condition. The same is true of stockpile management, rehabilitation and production support: each activity must work with the others.

By bringing the partners into the same delivery discussion, the proposed JV can develop a solution that considers those interfaces from the outset. Resources and responsibilities can then be matched to the work, with one agreed client interface and clear escalation routes.

Triad Mining and Logistics

Triad brings company-provided project experience in coal hauling, magnetite contract mining and iron-ore contract mining. Its portfolio includes pit-to-plant coal hauling at Arnot Mine, magnetite contract mining at Mapochs Mine and iron-ore contract mining at Rooineke.

Within the proposed partnership, Triad contributes this mining and logistics experience alongside client coordination, logistics controls, reporting and contract administration. Its contribution helps connect the operating scope with the information and accountability the client needs.

Additional experience contributed through leadership roles includes coal-mining operations management at Leeupan Mine and chrome beneficiation and processing at Magnalux Vita. These entries appear with their correct attribution in the shared portfolio.

TauSadi Mining and Engineering

Mining operations. Materials handling. Technical capability.

TauSadi is a women-led mining and engineering business with capabilities across contract mining, bulk earthworks, rehabilitation, waste-dump management, stockpile management, loading, crushing and screening.

Its project and reference information includes iron-ore mining, materials handling, topsoil movement, rehabilitation dozing, dump removal and rail-loadout operations. TauSadi also brings capabilities in mine planning and mineral-processing support, including work related to plant optimisation, testwork and metal recovery.

Its proposed contribution is the coordination and supervision of site activities, supported by the operating disciplines required to manage people, equipment and material safely and consistently within the agreed scope.

Rondebult

Heavy equipment. Maintenance. Technical support.

Established in 1995, Rondebult brings heavy-equipment supply and support experience serving mining and other equipment-intensive industries. Its offering includes equipment sales and rental, parts, maintenance, repairs and technical assistance.

Its role in the proposed partnership is to connect the operating requirement with suitable equipment and support arrangements. This includes consideration of the machine's intended duty, servicing needs, access to parts and the technical support required over its operating life.

Rondebult's supplied profile identifies a South African base and regional market experience. Equipment availability, deployment arrangements and response requirements are assessed for each project.

How the partnership will be structured

The JV is proposed. The partners intend to agree formal participation, governance and execution arrangements for the opportunities they pursue. Each assignment will define its contracting parties, work packages, management responsibilities and equipment arrangements before mobilisation.
