Each mine has its own production priorities, operating conditions and commercial requirements. The proposed partnership's approach is to establish those requirements first, then define a delivery structure that connects people, equipment and site activities.
Understand the requirement
Establish the material, scope, production expectations, site interfaces and constraints. Review available information and identify what needs clarification.
Develop the operating approach
Assess the work method, resource requirements, equipment duty, supervision, safety controls and reporting needs.
Agree responsibilities
Define participation, contracting arrangements, work packages, accountable leads, commercial terms and communication routes.
Prepare for mobilisation
Confirm personnel and equipment, complete site requirements and agree readiness checks with the client.
Execute and coordinate
Manage the agreed work through supervision, operating records, equipment coordination and clear escalation.
Review and improve
Review progress, reconcile work, address issues and agree changes through a controlled process.
Safety, environment and operating discipline
Safe delivery requires controls appropriate to the work and the site. The proposed approach considers vehicle interaction, material handling, stockpile stability, isolation, fatigue, dust, spills and emergency preparedness as relevant to the scope.
Competency verification, induction, equipment acceptance, inspections and incident management form part of the project-specific delivery plan.
Reporting that supports decisions
Agree the information the client needs before mobilisation. This may include material movements, measured work, production progress, equipment availability, servicing completion and unresolved operating issues.
Use defined measures and consistent reporting periods.
Local participation
Discuss suitable employment, training and procurement opportunities in the context of the client's requirements and the work available. Project-specific commitments are set through the agreed delivery plan.
