TauSadi contributes contract-mining, materials-handling and operational capability. Rondebult contributes machinery supply, maintenance, parts and technical support.

Triad Mining and Logistics
Monthly project volume: 40,000 tonnes per month
Triad's Arnot Mine assignment involves moving coal from the pit to the plant at a stated monthly project volume of 40,000 tonnes. It contributes direct coal-hauling experience to the partnership's material-movement capability.

TauSadi's current-project schedule records an iron-ore mining assignment for General Africa Mining at MminaTlou Mine, commencing on 15 May 2026. The schedule states a five-year duration and project capacity of 50,000 tonnes per month.

Stated contract value: R29.7 million (VAT basis not supplied)
TauSadi was awarded a dump-removal contract at Wonderfontein Colliery in March 2023. The scope covered loading, hauling and placing topsoil, soft material and blasted hard material into voids or levelled areas in accordance with the mine's rehabilitation design and scheduling. The work also included maintenance of the haul roads used for the assignment. The client reference describes a truck-and-shovel fleet supported by dozers and auxiliary equipment, including water, grading and diesel-support equipment.

Average monthly work requirement: 150,000 cubic metres per month
TauSadi's rehabilitation experience includes dozing at Zaaiwater from November 2018 to November 2020. A subsequent Glencore reference also records work at Tweefontein Boschmans Southeast and Kliplaat in the two years preceding February 2024. The letter describes the use of D10 and D11 dozers and an average monthly dozing requirement of 150,000 cubic metres under the purchase order.
